Costume Day at Spokane’s West Central Multi-Cultural Adventist Church: The West Central Multi Cultural Adventist Church will hold a community Guest Day Saturday August 22, at 11:30 a.m. They invite attendees to wear the national dress from their country of origin or of their favorite culture. Guam-Micronesia Mission has 54 positions to fill in their eight island schools as they begin their school year. The islands of Ebeye, Yap, Chuuk, and Kosrae currently have the greatest needs, and may be unable to begin their school year unless teachers arrive soon. The mission school will provide volunteers with accommodations, a modest living allowance, and accident/illness travel insurance.
