Scripture encourages God’s people to give and do their best for Him. In Ephesians 6:5–8 and Colossians 3:23–24, Paul teaches that God expects us to give only our best in our work. We are to do our work as if we are working for God. If God gave his best for us when he gave his Son, (John 3:16), how can we not give our best for Him?

Pastor Volody is asking the church to do an assessment to help him grow personally as a pastor of our church and we always welcome feedback from our Linwood Church Family as an important opportunity for us all to share together in assessing who we are and where we see ourselves going.  These surveys are designed to assist in this task.  The surveys not only ask questions about how our congregation views the ministry work of Pastor Volody, but our members’ current ministry and own involvement as well as seeks input on church dynamics and your vision for our future.  Completing these surveys will ensure your views have been heard and it will give us a baseline from which to measure – whether we are moving in directions we think are important.

Convenient options to complete the surveys – either online by clicking the links below or on paper, which are available at Linwood.  The surveys might take approximately 20 minutes to complete. When answering these surveys, please check the appropriate box or supply the required information as indicated. If answering questions with a limited number of choices, please choose the answer that comes closest to the right answer for you, even if it does not fit perfectly.  Unanswered items reduce the usefulness of the inventory.

We appreciate and value everyone’s time to provide input by completing these surveys!  Responses will be anonymous, unless you want to provide them in the “Comments” at the end of each survey. Thank you for your cooperation. We hope you enjoy filling out the questionnaires and that in addition to assisting our church, you find this process helpful in reflecting on your faith, the meaning of your church experience, and your hopes for the future. If you have any questions about the surveys, please contact the church at

Thank you in advance for your time and continued prayers.
