Enjoy backpacking? Biking? Canoeing? Caving?  Camping? Want to be an active young Christian on an adventure with friends who love Jesus? Then join Pathfinders!  Juniors and teens in grades 5-12 enjoy club  meetings, camping, and service adventures designed to develop Christ-like  citizens.

We are always looking for parents and other adults that are  willing to help kids develop all types of different skills and help them grow in  their Christian journey.  If you have a talent or skill to teach while having  fun, we would love to hear from you!

The Pathfinder Club is part of a world-wide co-ed scouting type organization  sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Children of any religion, or none at all, are welcomed and encouraged to join this ministry.

The Linwood Light Bearers will be raising money so they can be a part of the many Pathfinders attending the 2014 International Camporee in Osh Kosh.  Watch our calendar for upcoming Pathfinder fundraising events.

Love them ’til they ask, “Why?”

Children that attend Sabbath School, Church School, and Pathfinders (all three) have a 90% chance of staying in a relationship to Christ and the church.

Children that do not attend or have access to all three have a 10% change of remaining in the church.

Children that attend only two of the three have a 60% percent chance of remaining close to the Christ and in the church.

One of the three?  30%. *
